The room I stayed in had terracotta floors and a comfortable queen bed. It made me feel like I was staying in a cozy Italian home. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with a hairdryer and bathrobes. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. I loved that the minibar was free for the first night. It was a nice treat to enjoy a cold drink without having to worry about the cost.
Personally, I found the view of the Irish College from my room to be a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others may appreciate the historical aspect of it.

Value for money was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms, and a convenient location near the Colosseum and metro lines. The staff were friendly and helpful, great to check in early and providing useful recommendations.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The appartment was a short walking distance to the Colosseum, it was at the heart of Old Rome and all popular attractions were close by. The undeground station was also a walking distace away and taxi/bus hub was at the street corner. The morning breakfast was nice for the kids, the place was generally in good condition with clear Italian style. The bathroom had a jacozzy which was a bonus treat.
The appartment was advertised as being air conditioned and equipped with a washing machine. In fact the appartment is not air conditioned and only one room has s small split ac unit. The owner said to open the room so the cold air will travel to the rest of the appartment???. The washing machine had a note on it that it was not working and should not be used, which effectively meant no washing machine.

The location was perfect, just up-street from the Colosseum, and walking distance from most known touristic attractions. Breakfast was served every morning at your door. The room was clean and equipped with an coffee machine. Every day they room was cleaned. Free wireless in the room. Very near to metro station ( for both A and B routes ) and a bus station just 1 minute walk from the apartment ( bus No 85 ). Free touristic map given by the hotel with the important attractions marked on it and the "Must see locations" on the other side ( do not bother to see the virtual tour of Rome...its just some poor history lesson given in 45 minutes with sequences from The Gladiator )
The soap and the shampoo given by the hotel were kind of cheap. No slippers in the room. The breakfast was too sweet ( croissants, orange juice, chocolate muffins, donuts )
